Occupied Home Staging
Occupied staging is the art of enhancing a home while the owner is still living in it. Instead of starting with an empty space, I works with the homeowner’s existing furniture and décor—refining layouts, adding fresh touches, and making thoughtful updates—to highlight the property’s best features.
This client’s home needed staging prior to listing it. Did you know that 73% of homes that are staged tend to sell faster? This particular home sold in three days. This home was already beautiful, I just removed the personal items and highlighted all of the exquisite details of the home.
